Lake City Motel

The room that advertised was very false to the room we walked in !.it was more of a horror show, bed was filthy still dirty . The floors were disgusted . Bathroom was a disaster all u could smell was urine everywhere !the smell in there was a unbearable I couldn’t stay any min longer I went in my car and slept in there ! The front desk guy immediately after took our payment left , .And said we will have our damage deposit back the next day at 11 am we did not get it to this day still back ! They stole from us and lied ! This business needs to shut down immediately !!

Room was garbage the place needs to be condemned! The pictures on the website look nice! Not in person and they even took our deposit without giving back. Very disappointed

It was clean and very quiet, the only thing missing was sugar and cream for coffee, it is close to a restaurant

Heater not working, no heat for whole night

Place was a dump! Has a person knock on my door and ask me for drugs! Not to mention the smell of the room! Cigarette smoke and everything. Terrible service as well! Not to mention the plugs! Definitely not up to code. They have the tv cable cord stapled into the wall and ground, how pathetic. I’ll be calling the city and getting this place shut down. That’s for sure

False advertising, they show a brand new room with new beds. The bed were worn out 10 years ago, was dirty and smelled bad. Slept with clothes on a bone the sheet. Should be ashamed of your establishment

Staff and location are fine but look out...this dive is not worth any amount of money. There are few electrical plug ins and the ones that are there definitely don't meet any code. They were loose or hanging out of the wall. The room was dingy and sparsely furnished. The bathroom was not clean and the whole facility had the charm of a Calcutta slum. I would avoid staying here.

If one of your kinks is to be electrocuted, thid may be the place for you. Open holes in walls and cables strewn about the floor and haphazardly hanging off walls, or if you have a sensitive nose(smelled horrible) Then this definitely may be a great choice for you. The pictures do not show the disaster you really get. Like sheets that fit your bed, I'd try another place even as a worn down tired traveller. The gentleman at the front desk was good but as for the rest of this dive.. drive by and keep driving.
