Not a good experience at all. Rooms were pretty dirty- hair on bathroom floors, scum in bath tub. Didn't look like they cleaned the floors at all. Toilet seat too large for the toilet so it prevented us from being able to open the bathroom door. Lid kept falling down. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Bed was super uncomfortable and broken so one side was lower than the other and it was incredibly squeaky. The room was really bright and loud and the fridge was also loud so we got very poor sleep. Coffee machine worked but no lids for the to go cups and the sleeves were too big for the cups. Staff didn't refill any coffee stuff the next day. The lack of attention to detail on pretty much everything was comical at best. The room was muggy and when we used the AC everything under it got wet. There was only one physical room key and it was not electronic. Didn't feel safe. There was no cable, just local tv stations with seemingly nothing on. No breakfast, no pool. Locked front door and it felt unwelcoming. Not very welcoming staff either. No where to load and unload other than the side of the road. Parking is at a nearby sketchy lot. No security. Homeless people everywhere. Very loud bar under the rooms. Just not a great location and overall very run down.

I was scared after reading all the reviews but I ended up staying here for one night and it was honestly fine. The room was outdated but honestly what do you expect. It was clean and the staff were super nice! My best friend and I came to van just for fun for one night and staying here wasn’t bad.

Good enough for a couple nights. It is dated & doors still use keys. They keep front door locked which is good. Some rough people can be around the parking lot & building. Staff were friendly.

We experienced a family emergency and the receptionist was extremely understanding and went out of her way to accommodate us. Excellent customer service. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfy. Quieter than expected. Would recommend simply because of the service we received! Made our trip . The restaurant
