What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the hotel's clean rooms, friendly staff, and unique features like the fish pond and outdoor-themed lobby, with some even considering it a destination in itself. However, some guests have found the hotel to be run down with uncomfortable beds and poor noise insulation, while others have complained about the quality of the continental breakfast and issues like non-working air conditioning.

The room was nice. However when there had been an unfortunate incident with the kiddie pool, a child had vomited in it, the front desk just said the chlorine would take care of it. 🤢 That didn't seem to be the most appropriate response.

We came up for an event and stayed a little bit and this hotel was so much fun! There are so many options all year round to this place and the rooms are amazing! Ohh yeah and THEY HAVE HUGE FISH YOU CAN FEED/WATCH! The continental breakfast was great! The service was awesome! The rooms were very clean and huge! The bed was fantastic! The jacuzzi tub was SO nice after our long days! I couldn't think of anything that wasn't above and beyond! Thank you so much!

Had a quick overnight trip to Casper during graduation season. Staff was so friendly, the place was clean, and we enjoyed the amazing service. The bed was super comfy, and the room was beautiful.

This hotel has been our go to for several years but after this last stay we will not be back. This hotel is so run down, the beds are so bad and the noise from the courtyard and other rooms are pathetic. Do yourself a favor and book at a different hotel, this one is not it.
