Stopped in for business trip. Great service, the always available sparkling and filtered water in the DC heat was perfect. Jennifer team this very well and efficient. Great time and conversation with great people.

Worst Marriott EVER. If there was less than a full star I’d give it. Put it simply, NO ONE CARES. How’s that? Misinformation, negligence, horrible “I can’t get fired so I don’t care” attitude. Rooms were the size of my bathroom at home, which I could handle, but the pillows definitely lingered of odor, the bathroom smelled of urine and the shower pressure was a dribble. Way technically over-engineered. I don’t want to open an iPad to change the thermostat or raise my blinds. Over tech to inept. The hallways were dark with a new mystery odor everyday. Art was dark and strange. Even the elevator entertainment was off and something I didn’t want to stare at even for a few flights. Totally changed my views with the Marriott brand. Reminds me of the Jaguar commercials that came out a few years ago. What are you thinking Marriott?

Very good settlement for this hotel and high standing. I really enjoyed my stay during the week. I could easily move into Washington DC or rest in the hotel, chilling with a drink or something to eat at the open space. The staff is professional and ready to help.

Location, Location, location for the National Mall and Smithsonian museums. The rooms were smaller than a cruise ship room but very clean and well designed for their limited space. The bar off the lobby had great pizzas and nachos. The menu wasn't too big but both of those were a huge hit. Surrounding restaurant choices were limited but the wharf was delightful and only a 4 minute Uber ride.

My wife & I enjoyed our overnight stay here. However, breakfast should be included in stay & rooftop access
