I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, March and June of 2026 and both times Jennifer was the staff member and was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located near restaurants, the outlets and approximately 15 minutes away from Disney springs, Universal City Walk and Epic. The hotel is also gated, therefore only authorized vehicles with key card access are able to park adding security. Would definitely stay at this location in the future, prices are great.

I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because the manager hooked me up because I messed up an earlier booking. But, the rooms are mediocre, and everything is a charge. Resort Fee, Parking, and Breakfast is all a charge. We stayed at a Marriott the night before and we had none of those charges. The staff are obviously annoyed at having to explain the unordinary charges as their tone when that topic comes up justifiably changes. Whoever is setting the fees, should really reconsider rolling it into the costs of the room.

Beautiful pool, great for kids and it’s a wonderful location. Hotel manager Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We appreciate. Thank you.

The hotel staff was super friendly at check-in. The inside of the lobby/clubhouse was very nice as well. The rest of the hotel was a bit of a let down. For this hotel to be rated a 4 star hotel, we were expecting more. You have to pay $20+ for parking for a lot that is barely protected (the gate just remained up during our stay)... this fee was truly ridiculous. I'm thankful we only had to stay 1 night. We would not stay at this location again while visiting Orlando.

Photos of the hotel are very misleading. I’m sure there’s a newer part to the hotel that I didn’t see, but the room we got stuck in was not like the photos listed at all. Reminded me of a motel 6. The man at the front desk was nice and checked us in quickly.

Everything was great! Staff super friendly. Only thing is there wasn't a lot of dresser space, but plenty of room in the closet
