Indiana Black Pride 2026

Indianapolis's Black queer Pride is now run by Indiana Pride of Color, and it goes by Indy BLK+ Pride Summer Fest — a celebration of the city's Black and BIPOC LGBTQ+ community. In 2026 the festival lands on Saturday 12 September.

It is a festival day — vendors, performers, community and culture — rather than a parade, part of the wider national circuit of Black Pride events that give Black queer people a space of their own alongside the mainstream city Prides. (The older "Indiana Black Pride" branding has given way to Indiana Pride of Color, or INPOC, as organiser.)

Entry is ticketed, through the organiser's site.
