I visit western MA quite often to see family and I have stayed in hotels and AirBNBs, but this Bed and Breakfast is the best accommodation so far. The hosts are warm and welcoming, the house has charm and history, and the rooms are comfortable. I especially like that some of my favorite places are in walking distance, such as Pie Bar and Miss Florence's diner. This place is a gem.

My wife and I stayed here over a weekend for a wedding. The location was great (right next to the rail trail), and it was a nice quiet place to spend the nights. The owners (Craig and Kathy) are very friendly and accommodating to guests’ needs. The house is very well kept and has some great history to it (ask about the ceiling!). We had a later check-in with no issues and were greeted with some of the best croissants in the morning! We had wonderful conversations with Craig over breakfast. From cars, rail trails, the house, and local history, Craig had many captivating stories to tell and some great recommendations on local spots! The rooms were nice, clean, and well accommodated; I can’t think of anything else that we would’ve needed for our stay. Overall, this is a special place to stay! Especially great if you are interested in learning about the area or planning on going to the rail trail! Thank you so much, Craig and Kathy!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this charmingly decorated home. The hosts were thoughtful and so very pleasant to talk to while having my morning tea and fruit. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very clean. Having extra blankets and quilts came in handy as well as the vintage looking little red, box refrigerator in the closet. The view across the street of the wooded hillside was lovely.

What a terrific place to stay -- just feet from the rail trail! Craig and Kathy are so fun to talk to and have such deep knowledge of the history of the region.

The Inn is right in the rail trail and walkable to shops and restaurants. Great launching point for all points in the beautiful hill towns of Massachusetts. The hosts, Craig and Kathy, are wonderful and generous. Thank you Craig and Kathy for a great stay!

The best small BnB to stay at in Northampton! Craig and Kathy know how to take care of guests. Perfect location right next to the Mass Central Rail Trail.
