Really good sound, a lot of bathrooms and security takes them job pretty seriously and I like it! The bartenders are super fast and kind! The place is majestic!

Great security service, nice to have speed lane service. I feel like they should monitor people cutting in line a little bit more though. Great venue. Great sound

Beautiful theater. Had no problem hearing the comedy act. Show was great, crowd lively and ambience perfect. Only reason not a 5 star is because of the seating. First it was disorganized, we had to move because we were told to sit in the wrong spot. Second as a larger woman with bad knees I was in actual pain by the end of the show with how crowded together the seats were. Third the chairs were banquet hall quality and basically sucked.

Paid for seats just to get brushed off for a solid 30mins. The venue is very unclear about how seating in the Orchestra is and felt it was up for grabs for the artist's "friends". One of the security guards directed me to the lady with long hair who not only refuse to help, came off as someone who assumed I was lying. Wifi/phone service inside is beyond impossible, so I had to go outside just to pull up my tickets. Fortunately, there was a tall guy with long hair who assisted me in finding some my seats. This place needs to be updated be-it people and technology. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
