The Spokane AIDS Network (SAN), established in 1985, provides HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis testing, a food pantry, peer support and prevention services across the Inland Northwest. It co-operates a community-center space on East Sprague Avenue with Spokane Pride, making the location a shared hub for health services and LGBTQ+ community programming.
