About This Event
Kobe Rainbow Festa (神戸レインボーフェスタ) is Hyogo Prefecture's flagship LGBTQ+ pride, held each spring in central Kobe. First staged in 2023, it grew to include Hyogo's first large-scale pride parade in 2025 (~700 marchers and roughly 10,000 festival-goers). The festa gathers at the Meriken Park waterfront near Sannomiya with a march along Flower Road, plus stages, community booths and family-friendly programming. Unlike Osaka's October Kansai Rainbow events, Kobe's own pride takes place in late May.
