It's a beautiful place, the staff, security, communication, and approach are pleasant.

The place is normal, but after the performance, it was full of people who did not know how to talk to the bodyguard very rudely. Today, we went to the back of the concert in Baku. We went to the back.

1.Lack of proper temperature controls -most people were sitting at the concert wearing their coats 2. Lack of comfortable chairs with cushions - sitting on bare wood for 3 hours felt like sitting on the floor 3. Lack of any control over parking and exit from the venue- 40min just to exit the venue is Unacceptable.

You invite people to a concert at 7 o'clock on the first day of the month, and the concert starts at 8 o'clock..what does this mean? You don't respect people's time that much?! It's a shame!!!

Nice venue, upstairs sitting area and downstairs for dancing!
