For the price and 4 stars, I was very disappointed. In the summer, the Comfort Room is like a sauna. There's a tiny plastic fan for the bedside table. I asked for a larger one, but they didn't have one. A refrigerator would also be a plus. Sleeping with the window open was noisy; there was a car tuning scene outside and drunk people standing right under the window. The shower head holder was broken and was supposed to be repaired, but no one came. The pillow smelled awful and was made of feathers, which is totally unhygienic. Overall, the hotel is full of shabby corners and definitely not worth €149 including breakfast. Breakfast was okay, but it was stuffy in the breakfast room, and the atmosphere was really unpleasant. The staff was friendly, but also somewhat resigned. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one is in the bottom three. It would have cost half as much, but at this price, it's an absolute rip-off.

A top location, a somewhat dated luxury hotel at a good price, also suitable for larger groups... we'd gladly come back.

There is no one at the reception, and if you call no one answers, the location is in a bad area, it smells like cigarette smoke in the lobby, noise late at night ☹️

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. My experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. It seemed that financial interests were clearly a higher priority than guest satisfaction. In particular, the communication fell far short of my expectations for a professional hotel. Based on my personal experience, the price and service are completely out of proportion. Therefore, I will not be booking this hotel again in the future and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

The rooms are okay, but the ambiance is a bit dated. The breakfast was disappointing. The large hotel is located at a busy intersection, but the windows provide good soundproofing.
