Highly recommended! The hotel is in a great location, with the train station nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly, the decor is lovely, and while the bathroom could have been a bit bigger, that's really nitpicking. I was there for a concert, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. I'd love to come back again! 🫶

We booked this hotel because of its central location and excellent value for money. We slept really well. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely book again!

After a 6 day stay, (with the final one having to be extended nearly last minute since I forgot to do so before 😂) I’m entirely satisfied of the location, service and my stay as a whole. It’s very close to city centre, Königsallee, Little Tokyo and Hofgarten, so there is so much to explore and enjoy, whether you enjoy a closer touch with nature or seeing the vast variety of classic and modern architecture just a little 3 minute walk away! Nearly all of the staff speaks great English so no need to worry about the language barrier neither. And best for last, the breakfast, dear goodness! Great choice of meats, bread, cheese and fresh fruit and veggies, and ladies who serve you a cup of coffee, it was a lovely way to start any day whenever I had to head out for 10 plus hours.

Unfortunately, we expected more in some areas. Several reviews mention a "super" breakfast and modern/renovated rooms. The room was nice, yes. However, the bathroom didn't really show any signs of renovation. Several things bothered us. We found the hotel to be just average, and the service at breakfast wasn't particularly warm or friendly. For example, no one asked if everything was alright or if we'd like a coffee. The only question was, in a rather unfriendly tone, "Room number?" The scrambled eggs, however, were really delicious, and the rolls were clearly from a bakery, not pre-baked. The coffee comes from an espresso machine, but that doesn't make it truly excellent. The reception staff, however, were nice and friendly. The hotel's location is good, a 10-minute walk to the Königsallee (Kö). Parking is available in a parking garage 180 meters away for €25 per day. We wouldn't necessarily book it again.
