The hotel was in a good location, and the room was spacious and comfortable. They also had a fantastic breakfast service. The only problem was that there weren't any extra duvets or blankets in the room, so we had to dress extra warmly when we got cold.

The Hotel Orion is ideally located: quiet yet close to everything. The host is very kind, cheerful, attentive, and available. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and very complete. The room is spacious and well-equipped... Rotterdam is a city to see and revisit: I will definitely return to the Hotel Orion!!

I informed the hotel one day in advance that I would not be able to arrive. Although the booking was made by mistake and there was still enough time, the hotel offered no support, flexibility, or goodwill at all. I am very disappointed with how this was handled. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would also advise people around me to choose another place.

Everything was very nice. Centrally located (near the subway), quiet, clean, and with a delicious breakfast. Just a heads-up if you're elderly or have mobility issues, please let them know beforehand so you don't end up with a room on the top floor like we did. The stairs are narrow and steep. There is no elevator.
