The location is great, but otherwise the photos bear no resemblance to reality. The rooms are old and desperately need renovation. All the doors slam shut, and the keys are difficult to fit. Many things are falling apart. Breakfast has shrunk to about a tenth of what it used to be. The reception area and especially the kitchen are crammed with junk and old, broken appliances. It's passable. Anything more would be an insult to the many other hotels in the same price range.

A very interesting place, each room has a theme. Breakfast is modest but everything is included. Excellent value for money.

A great hotel for a one-night stay or a weekend. Great location. Unique rooms with strange names. We had the room called "Sadistic Dentist." The breakfast was standard, but we enjoyed it.

Stay from March 9th to 13th, 2026 Disastrous arrival, key boxes in front of the door. No code received despite two phone numbers registered on the reservation. Impossible to get in, forced to call the emergency number, all in English of course!!! After insisting, I finally managed to get the code over the phone. We entered the Lofthotel in the dark, the automatic lights didn't work!!! We went into the room, the style is industrial and nice, but the windows are worn and broken, as are the blinds (one of which is only attached to the wall on one side!!!), the beds are on pallets!!! We found the bathroom for a nice shower, what a disappointment, the shower head is obsolete and brown water trickles out slowly, great!!! Tired from the journey, we slept well, and in the morning we were happy to have breakfast!!!! A SHAME!!!! The common room was very dirty!!! No yogurt, no fruit, no coffee, no jam, no orange juice, just spoiled grape juice. Foods like cooked eggs, ham, sausages, cheese, and butter were left out for hours! Hygiene was nonexistent! Out of five breakfasts paid for, only two were eaten, and even then, only out of desperation! This Lofthotel desperately needs a complete overhaul! Perfectly located apartments with interesting decor. A bit lacking in coziness.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights (double room with breakfast). Positive: The room and bathroom were generally reasonably clean. Negative: The official breakfast hours of 8:00 to 10:00 are completely impractical for a capital city, especially for business travelers. Having to ask to get something at 7:00 is not a service issue, but an organizational problem. On the second morning, things went completely wrong: We arrived at the breakfast room around 8:50 to find other guests already seated, but the buffet was empty. No bread, no cold cuts, no cheese, no milk (not even for coffee), practically nothing. After we reported the problem, we were repeatedly told someone would come. Communication is only possible via WhatsApp or phone; the reception is never staffed. We waited for about 35 minutes, and nothing happened. Only after more than an hour did we receive a WhatsApp message that the buffet had been restocked. Waiting that long is unacceptable, and we had to find somewhere else to eat breakfast. This is an absolute no-go. The breakfast area is more like a communal kitchen. You sit with strangers at a large table made up of old workbenches. While this might be considered a "design concept," it's extremely uncomfortable; your knees are constantly hitting a board, and you can't sit properly. The room itself is more about looks than comfort: The bed is on pallets (as seen in the photos), with very basic mattresses. The pallets are mounted on metal casters. One caster protruded to the side, causing my husband to trip and injure himself. Directly opposite is a glass cabinet; a fall would land you right in it. We consider this a real safety hazard. In conclusion: Cleanliness was okay, but that's the only positive. Overall, there are significant shortcomings in organization, comfort, and safety. For the price, and especially considering it includes breakfast, we wouldn't choose this room again.

Great location, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The rooms were clean, interestingly decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable. The only downsides were the non-working TV and the lack of a window blind; otherwise, it was great. Although we didn't use the elevator, we took the stairs. I highly recommend it.

This is a very budget hotel, and it shows at every turn. The breakfast is terrible and based on the cheapest ingredients.

The rooms had a great atmosphere, the staff were so friendly, the breakfast was excellent, everything was great. But unfortunately, despite the radiators, the room was very cold, the windows were leaky, and the freezing temperatures outside were palpable.

The room is in terrible condition. The walls are torn, the plaster is falling off. The windows are very cold. There are holes in the walls that are not closed. After checking in, we had to close these holes ourselves with improvised means so that the room would not be cold. The heating was turned off, and we had to turn on the battery ourselves so that the room would warm up at least a little. There are a lot of cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, which indicates a complete lack of cleaning. The floor is dirty, the floor in the room and in the bathroom is concrete. There was a carpet in the room that had obviously not been cleaned for a very long time. The walls in the bathroom are also in poor condition, the plaster is falling off. There is fungus in the shower, which is a serious violation of sanitary standards. The overall impression is a complete discrepancy between the living conditions and the declared description. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I THINK THAT GUESTS ARE BEING MISLED BECAUSE THE PHOTOS ON BOOKING DO NOT REPRESENT THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE APARTMENT.

The space itself is very atmospheric, thoughtfully designed, and clean. The location is fantastic. 24/7 access to the kitchen is a definite plus, but breakfast was a problem. Breakfast runs from 8-10 a.m., and we arrived at 9 a.m. The breakfast menu consisted of half the items shown in the advertising photos, not to mention that some items were already cleaned. Basic items like bread, vegetables, and cheese were missing. The staff honestly admitted that breakfast wasn't planned for the number of people who had booked it. There weren't even clean plates, and upon arrival, we had to wash other guests' plates to eat breakfast. It's a shame that such a nice place loses its charm because of this.
