Jean
Many visitors find the churros and hot chocolate to be a delicious and worthwhile experience, with some calling it the best they've had. However, a common complaint is that the churros can be dry, not fresh, or soggy, with some suggesting they are pre-fried and reheated. Service can also be perceived as rude or the staff as overworked.

Not fresh at all. Very dry and not flavour. As a former chef, I can definitely tell the churros was pre fried and just refreshed when we ordered. Or maybe I was just unlucky this time to get the old batch.
We love coming in the evening when it's not too crowded with tourists. The service is very good and efficient. The hot chocolate is delicious, and the churros are good too.
Famous churros and chocolate in Madrid, the service is a bit rude, but the taste makes up for it.
good hot chocolate but terrible churros
