Everything is just great. The room, the polite administrator and the good location. But I took off a star for the lack of breakfast and also the problems with the air conditioner. It worked very loudly and did not cool.

The location is wonderful. But the hotel manager is unimaginable. She really needs to see a doctor. She's incredibly aggressive and unreasonable if you don't like something and even dare to complain.

Extremely cozy hotel. Romantic rooms.

The hotel is located in the city center. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, is also a place where you can hide in case of anxiety. All necessary amenities are in the hotel. The hotel is decorated with paintings of Kharkov from the end of the 17th, 18th, 19th centuries. The books in the room are also of course Ukrainian fiction (Shevchenko, Franko). I highly recommend this place to visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent centrally situated and easily accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I was especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available for any questions or requests. The hotel offers great value for money and is ideal for both business travelers and tourists. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

Incredibly beautiful place! The design is thought out to the smallest detail, you enjoy every minute of your stay at the hotel. There is a restaurant on the territory, very convenient. Cleanliness is at a high level. A few minuses: when I was looking for a hotel, I looked at the description, and it said there was air conditioning. When I arrived, it turned out that there was no air conditioning that would cool the air. Instead, there is an air conditioner that is attached to the wall a little above the floor. It does not cool the air, it works more like a fan. Also, before the trip, I wrote separately whether there was a generator. I received an answer that there was, but when there was no electricity, it turned out that there was no generator. If I had known this information before the trip, I would have chosen another hotel. But! these things were important to me. Overall - an incredibly beautiful place, clean, cozy, the staff is friendly, always trying to help me.

There is no way to contact the hotel by phone. We simply couldn't find the room. We'll go to another hotel.

I love all the places owned by these First Line people, not just this hotel. But the hotel itself is super cozy, great service, location ideal, and one of my favourite Italian restaurants in the world is onsite.

Incredible hotel, it's impossible to imagine anything better, everything from the smallest details of the interior to the attentiveness of the staff - 10/10

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very cozy, you feel at home, I'm very glad that the hotel opened its doors and continues to work in the most difficult conditions.
