About the event
This is a free, trans and non-binary centered self-defense class. We will be covering basic strikes, blocks, and how to get out of common grabs. We will also be discussing situational awareness and de-escalation techniques. This class is open to all levels of experience and physical ability. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Masks are required for this event.
