Great service even though I didn't have time to enjoy the balcony and the pool.

Very clean.

A very comfortable hotel, although some minor improvements could be made, such as replacing the bathroom fixtures, which are a bit outdated. The only downside was the room service; the room wasn't cleaned between nights, nor was the bed made, which I find unacceptable. As for breakfast, it's a standard Canadian breakfast.

Third and final visit. Our first stay was very good, but the last two (January 2026 and May 2026) were awful. In January, we were moved to different rooms three times. The first had an extremely noisy heating system, and the second was full of mold. The excuse was, "We had no more renovated rooms available." For my third visit, I immediately requested a renovated room. Surprise on the second day: an ant infestation (on the 4th floor). I was offered a different room, but if one room on the 4th floor is infested, the rest of the hotel is too. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager; in two days, the city's inspection services would also be open, and they would likely be the ones contacted. Three stars is too much for this establishment.

The mini fridge freezes salads and if you ask for a refund there is no possibility of reaching an agreement with the reception staff, plus the door is defective.

Load children allowed to run through the halls. Had to move rooms due to loud event on first floor. Front desk was not very helpful. Would not recommend this location for a business function.

I would assume it would be a family friendly hotel. However, they didn’t have any crib/pack and play and cleanliness was very deplorable. Big blood stain on our sheets.
