We visited the hotel for the second time and it was an incredible experience. The food was even better than before, the facilities and amenities were expanded, the staff is extremely friendly, and Chef Carlos at the Japanese restaurant was amazing. It's definitely highly recommended for both couples and families because of the play area.

The food was delicious. The beach area is a bit far. They're short-staffed.

One of the best resorts we have been to and we have traveled all over the world. The food, the service and the very intentional design of the place makes it a genuine treat. There are about 30 different pools, each with their own vibe and there is alway the ability to find a place just for you and yours. Bonus is that each area has its own food and drink vibe and with just a little extra tip….you get non stop service! Beyond that the entertainment squad is exceptional, Karen and Benjamin make you sing and laugh and all of the staff are wonderful with children and older adults. It’s spectacular!!!! Viva Mexico!!!!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very attentive and friendly, Gustavo made us some amazing drinks, the best coffees are with him 👌🏻⭐️✨🙌🏻
