Came here on a darkwave Wednesday as a solo middle aged guy in town for work prepared to be judgy. Bartender was great, dj wasn't bad, beer was tasty. All in all, Exceeds Expectations.

I enjoyed this place for what it is "a dive bar" but I will say this place has the worse liquor selection out of all the places I've been on my visit to DC. The place is spacious, music is great and they have a nice outside area (beware of rats). Edit: I was expecting Casamigos, Don Julio (anything other than cheap blanco), at least Cutwaters or Azul, maybe Cincoro etc. All the liquor options was very cheap liquor for the same price as any other bar. None of the bottles are top shelf. It has nothing to do with them being a (Dive Bar). I've been to multiple dive bars. This one just has no expensive liquor options. The cheapest of the cheap liquor is sold here. Once again other then that the place was decent. I would not come here to drink at all there's other places nearby with better selections.
Love this bar! Always a fun time. Great selection of beer, whiskey and everything else. They take cash, card and tap pay. 10 out of 10 recommend. Really fun DJs on Fridays and Saturdays upstairs.
