I stayed here for night and think if I was put into any other room it would be A 4/5 or 5/5. But I was given 104, sharing a window with front porch and next to front door. Door slammed all night, people were loud in porch (which is fine) but don’t put a bedroom there. Use it as a storage space. Didn’t get to fall asleep due to noise until 4am and then needed to pay car meter at 7 (again this is fine & out of control of place)

I do not recommend staying here. It took over 30 min to get a hold of anyone to check in, not very clean. Definitely better spots in Eugene to stay. Felt like a complete money grab and they certainly do not seem to care if you enjoy your stay.

I use to rate this place 4 to 5 stars but this last experience has made me not ever won't to come here again the new stuff was very very rude after we checked out of the room I went to the kitchen to wash and return their coffee cup before leaving the building. I rushed back inside because I had accidently forgotten a brown paper bag with a piece of glass work I had purchase just a hour before as a gift to sombody and the only person that was there who could have seen who grabbed it or grabbed it themselves was very rude when I tried explaining that I had lost somthing instead they just wanted to know what was in the bag even tho that wasn't relevant she didnt care to try helping me mostly just wanted me out of the building. So the second time I went inside to go look for myself I was treated as if I was trying to go back inside a room which I wasn't I was trying to go look for my bag that I left in the kitchen when she saw me inside the building again she treated me like I was trespassing and told me she didn't know why my code still worked and instead of arguing or causeing any problem I just left because that cleaning lady wasn't trying to listen or help she just wanted me gone and im pretty sure she's the one that took my bag I use to recommend this place to alot of my friends but not anymore which is a bummer because this place use to have more respectful staff

I guess you get what you pay for. This is NOT a "boutique hotel," it is a hostel. Room was barely big enough for the bed. No parking, shared bathrooms, does not feel secure, the shared kitchens are unsanitary and strange (dirty dishes in the sink, a can of unopened soup in the freezer, a jar of opened pickles on the counter, dirty countertops, etc.). Bathrooms had broken paper towel holders that were just laying on the counter. Showers had broken soap dispensers. Door codes may or may not work. No trash can in the room or place to put luggage. It's a hostel.

I love this place. Yes you have share a bathroom but totally worth the cost. The place is in the middle of everything, spotlessly clean, quiet, and has laundry on site which was great since I got caught in a rain storm and needed the dryer. The self-sign-in was a little tricky; our code didn't work at the front door. But staff came and helped. I would definitely stay here again.
