Egregious customer service!!! Order placed over four weeks ago. In spite of numerous promises from customer service to send the order-still no success. They don't respond to emails in under a week. They lie to you on the phone. After four weeks they told me the order was cancelled by Bombas weeks ago because it was out of stock. In the four emails and four phone calls over the intervening weeks they never told me that, but preferred to hold onto my money. When I requested a refund for the order they said it may take days to process. It appears they established this fraudulent practice to secure interest-free loans from their valued customers. AND THEIR SOCKS ARE OVERPRICED!!!

I have to update the below from 1 star to 3 star...why? Better late than never, I suppose. I finally got a response with an apology and a reship of what was originally ordered. Initial reviews from me are typically a '4' unless the business far exceeds expectations on their own (without me assisting their efforts) so the max with Bombas would have been a '4' if done proper the first time. Very disappointing customer service experience. I contacted Bombas within minutes of placing my order to correct a shipping address and was told it could be updated. I provided the correct address right away, but no one followed up or made the change. As a result, my order was shipped to the wrong address and marked as delivered. When I tried to resolve the issue, the support phone number didn’t even work. This was a preventable issue that came down to lack of response and follow-through. Expected much better.

Used their online store. Exceptional customer service! Sorry for my mess up with order #29441169 . I had to read the descriptions carefully. You guys are the best!

**Update, I've received a new pair of Bombas for Christmas and they are even worse than before! I didn't think that was possible. They are already falling apart and it's been a week or two. I guess they have officially fallen from grace. New pictures are the pink crew socks. Don't buy and save your money.** I've bought Bombas for years and they have always lasted at least a year. I bought some in December and I could immediately tell that they changed the material. The material has been changed for the worst and they didn't even last 4 months. I only wear them around the house. I no longer recommend these socks. Save your money and buy something else. They are super disappointing.

I’m having the same issue as others. Place my order on Nov 30 for Xmas gifts. Bombas was very quick to charge my credit card $300. Here it is Dec 27…. Still nothing!!! Bombas has acknowledged that the shipment was lost and has indicated they will replace it, but they have not kept that promise. Also as noted by others, they have shut down all phone communications AND their email is delayed- takes 48 hours for emails to be delivered. I am beyond frustrated- not only did this really upset my Xmas, but I truly wonder if they plan to just take my money and run!!!

Ordered a large holiday order on Black Friday. Only received half the order. Getting no helpful response via email and they’ve shut off the phone lines so they aren’t taking calls. Very unhappy with the customer service.

I would give zero stars. Placed a first time order, price reflected 20% off. Checked out, discount disappeared. I immediately reached out via the only way allowed, email, only to receive an automatic reply that someone would reply in several weeks. Worst company ever, will never buy socks for my office staff here again!
