This is a relatively new property and it has been a real joy to visit. We have been several times this year, it is in a prime location with many options for dining. Rooms are always cleaner than clean. The staff is extremely efficient and very friendly. There is a very nice steakhouse THE OAK, on the top floor with rooftop access with a view. The STAFF THAT MEETS AND EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: Stephanie, GM, Ella, Front Desk Manager and Kenzie, Front Desk. They are amazing! When in Rogers, make sure you give them a visit, you will not regret it.

Greatly enjoyed the Memorial weekend stay at the Avail. The facilities are beautiful, the service from the front desk was perfect. Due to the weekend rush the coffee shop in the hotel was a little overrun, seemingly understaffed and ran out of breakfast treats pretty fast. But other than that small issue, I'd definitely return for another stay when I'm in the area.

James at valet was absolutely great! Very helpful, knowledgeable & went beyond the extra mile! Every hotel needs a James!

My husband and I stayed here 5/16/26 . Hotel very modern and great location . However a warning - The base of the bed is metal and my husband knocked accidentally into it causing a deep wound on his shin and has now been receiving open wound care . The design is a safety hazard . After reporting this to a Hospitality manager there has been no further feedback - All we got was a verbal sorry ! Disappointed in the Hilton for lack of customer service and zero feedback . Beware
