Good location, it's a shame our room overlooked the illuminated sign with no way to darken it.
I am very disappointed with my experience at the Hotel Adore. At reception, you have to be lucky to find anyone. Emails systematically go unanswered. I was unable to obtain an invoice in person—I was assured I would receive it by email within the same week. When you call, you are constantly put on the back foot with the promise of receiving the invoice the next day… which never happens. It has now been more than three weeks that I have been waiting, and as mentioned in another review, it seems that invoices are simply not issued here. In conclusion: deplorable service. The room is okay.
Exceptional experience, very classy, quiet and clean hotel, the cheese fondue was simply magical 😍
Very nice room. Large, clean, and with a small terrace. Unfortunately, it only overlooks the parking lot, with a view of the surrounding countryside in the distance. The restaurant/pizzeria is closed on Sundays. Parking is available in the courtyard. The Wi-Fi password isn't posted anywhere, but can be requested via SMS to the mobile numbers listed at reception. The FC Lausanne Sports stadium is just under a 10-minute drive away.
A very pleasant restaurant, a daily special full of flavor at a reasonable price.
