We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 6 nights. We had a lovely time and enjoyed everything about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was good and the location is perfect, close to most of the tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and the restaurant service very nice food.
The best Ali Nazik kebab that I tried! Eggplants with tomato sauce and bread were also on the highest level! Definitely saving this place for my next trip, thank you!
The hotel is in an excellent location. Very close to the main activities. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are new but the rooms need some maintenance, the staff is super attentive but we had a problem with the taxi they booked for us to go to the airport. Apart from driving like a kamikaze, some sunglasses fell into the compartment under the seat and they wouldn't let us get them, saying they couldn't because they had to dismantle a TV, we lost them and they kicked us out in a bad way. Very upset
Disappointed in the quality of food in the restaurant. For the same price you can get better elsewhere. The babaganoush was bitter and the lamb was chewy. This restaurant does not deserve its Rough Guide recommendation.
A picturesque hotel in a convenient location. The positives end there. We stayed in a room in the neighboring building, accessed by a clothing store where the strong smell of leather wafts up to the floors. Breakfast is served in a basement (almost all hotels in the area have a panoramic terrace) and the selection is decidedly limited, with very few items, and the QR code at the table doesn't work. There's no option to order hot dishes other than the three included in the chafing dish (boiled egg, borek cigar, and egg sautéed with tomato). We tried to ask at reception about purchasing tickets for the cistern online (it's adjacent) but received virtually no response. Things aren't any better with the restaurant: standard food at high prices geared toward Sultanahmet's tourist offerings. You can definitely find much better. Another positive note: the room is cleaned every day.
