via Stay22About this place Taverna 750
Taverna 750, a small Italian tapas restaurant, sits in Chicago's Boystown, an LGBTQ+-friendly neighborhood.
You'll find Italian small plates here, good for sharing with friends or just a casual dinner. Paul Cannella, who also owns the popular bar Scarlet, is behind it. He's made a place that feels both considered and easygoing.
When the weather's good in Chicago, their sidewalk café and garden seating are a draw. It's a nice spot for eating outside and watching the neighborhood go by. They do brunch too, so it's not just a dinner place.
If you're in Boystown and want something more than another bar, Taverna 750 is a newer option, focused on food and a bit more relaxed. Check taverna750.com for what's on the menu and current hours.

Craft cocktails and good beer selection. Above-average food options and lively atmosphere.
No matter what you get here, you're going to love it. The Mozzarella Phylo, the Brussel Sprouts, the Fried Chicken Bites, and the Tequila Spice cocktail are my absolute favorites. One of the best restaurants in Chicago.
Great food. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Perfect for a DL fun Sunday brunch or an intimate weekday date night.
