For this hotel, it was quite clean and spacious. We got a more expensive room but given that, the room is worth the price if your visiting Yale and need a place to stay. The food was good but definitely on the pricier end. I would say to look more into the area for food and drink but if you’re tired and don’t want to travel far, it’s doable We went around the offseason so there wasn’t much staff so food orders are slow and there’s no room service, particularly if you have food delivered. You have to come down to the front desk to get it

Stayed during the reunions so the prices were at 3.5x surge pricing, but I do think that the place definitely provided what we needed with good hallway soundproofing on the rooms, a mirror that has Bluetooth which is random, but handy, good service out of hours and space to drink downstairs when friends were gathered. Also, Katara was so kind and helpful as we were all doing checkout and was exceptionally friendly. Really went out of her way to help us and not was appreciated as we were all exhausted.
