Beautiful location. Property is very well maintained. Awesome staff. Always a pleasure to talk with everyone as all are polite and friendly. Anything I need they're always there. Something I deeply appreciate.

My review is solely based on my experience with our amazing maintenance crew. I was having a major issue with our dryer not drying while in working condition. We had two interactions with maintenance (Nelson and John) and they worked hard to figure out the issue. Last week John was called back as the issue was still happening. He spent so much time coming back and forth working out what was the issue. It felt like he refused to give up as he could feel my frustration. On a last ditch attempt he checked an area no one had thought about prior and was able to fix our dryer. Truly appreciate John going above and beyond.

There was a very helpful real estate agent. It was a very easy process, and they kept their word. I received my keys, moved in, and I'm very happy. The site is called Lake Houses Site. I'd like to know the terms and conditions for using canoes and boats.

This is my third apartment in Patchogue and this one by far is the best. The apartments are beautiful, and every time I invite friends over they are always complimenting my home. The staff are amazing here and respond fast. One of my favorite staff members there is John, he’s one of the maintenance guy. He’s very helpful, kind, informative, and reliable. I absolutely recommend this complex. Vinny is also a great staff member here. Very understanding 💯

Since living here, all the staff at Heatherwood have been a pleasure dealing with. Between all the maintenance men (shout out to john!) and Vinny, who works in the office, every encounter has been phenomenal. Everyone is kind, helpful and any issues were done in a prompt and efficient manner. So thank you to the team over at Heatherwood in patchogue!

The complex is beautiful and the area is very local to the patchogue restaurants and local stores for groceries, etc. Vincent was super helpful, informative, and made this application/move completely stress free and easy. Super excited! *Highly recommend this location*
