This feedback is specifically for Dr. Kalilah Dann. Strengths: Dr. Dann is truly patient, calm, and approachable. She listens attentively to my health concerns without interruptions, making the environment feel safe and welcoming. I appreciate how she values patient data—when I shared my home blood pressure records, she carefully reviewed them and thoughtfully adjusted my medication. Areas for Improvement: As someone new to managing diabetes, I would have benefited from more proactive guidance on routine preventive care, like referrals for diabetic eye and foot exams and standard screening tests, instead of having to request these myself. Additionally, proactively ordering pre-appointment blood tests, such as HbA1c, could help make follow-up visits even smoother. Overall Impression: Dr. Dann is a kind and attentive doctor. With a bit more proactive approach to routine diabetic care, the overall experience would be even more positive.
I have been their dental customer for a few months. Everybody I have dealt with has been wonderful. I have had some horrible dental experiences in the past, however, the vibe at OCH is very different. Everybody is very caring, friendly & professional. Also, their pricing is on a sliding scale based upon income. However, even if your annual income is high, their pricing is much better than the past 2 dentists I visited in Sacramento (re. Many dentists today are super greedy and care more about what's in your wallet as opposed to providing quality service). If you are looking for a new dentist, please give OCH an opportunity to serve your dental needs. Then, once you are their official/approved customer, you can schedule future appts on their customer portal vs having to call their main # all the time. Thanks for reading this review. Make it a great day!
Unfortunately after 20+ years of being a patient here, they have lost my confidence. OCH is no longer CARES. The community has lost something very precious. Moving their focus from a specialty to a more general clinic has had irreparable consequences to the community they once served. Update 2026 OCH is trying, hopefully it will get better!🏳️🌈
I have been coming here for years now. The wait time is too long. My doctor will call my meds in 2 days before I go,and I still have to wait for them to fill my prescription when i get there. Half the time they are out of my medication. So I get a partial and have to come back for the remainder when they get a weekly shipment.
I really appreciate one Community with their professional staff and Doctors. I was there for my son’s four-year-old’s will checkup my son was talking about the doctor and his assistance all daylong.
