Beautiful apartment located in a quiet neighborhood by the water. Metro station approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Shops within walking distance.

This was our second stay with Ulu. Our first was so wonderful that we knew we wanted to stay here again. We had family in the area so having the extra space of Ulu, was helpful for our extended 9 night stay. The staff is excellent. Because we came to help our family pack up to move we had extra baggage. Taking it on the train would have been a nightmare so the staff was very helpful in determining the best option to get us to the airport. The rooms are clean. The kitchen area is well supplied with the dishes you need to cook a meal or fix a morning up of coffee or tea. The view is also very nice. We had the city street side and enjoyed watching the activity of the day on the street below. It is close to a 7-11 which was nice for a nightly light meal. There are a few local cafes close by, and about half way between two train stations, and yet, you are able to get away from the hubbub of the city if you choose. Again, highly recommend Ulu.

Superb hotel. Massive apartments (like a 2 bedroom apartment, with private bathroom, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc) at the same price point as what other hotels in central Tokyo would charge for a tiny single room only. Super kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood so practically zero noise/traffic at night - you can get the perfect night’s sleep. Super safe neighbourhood overall and hotel is just a 10-15 min walk to a couple of different metro stations, so it’s easy to get downtown reasonably quickly. Also room came with a free big bottle of champagne at check-in, and can be stocked up with free tea/coffee/snacks every day. View from the window is a lovely river. We were beyond thrilled and would return any day. Thank you!

Very poor experience – no refund and no communication Our booking at ULU Tokyo Hotel was made through Laura Tours.(Reservation Number: 2387508321) Due to the war in Iran and the resulting instability in the region, our flights were cancelled. The route included a stopover in Abu Dhabi, making the trip objectively impossible. Despite this situation, the hotel refuses to issue a refund to our travel agency. This is not acceptable to us. Communication is also very poor: The hotel is not reachable by email, and over the phone it is extremely difficult to communicate in English. We expect a fair and prompt resolution. Until this matter is resolved, we will continue to share our experience publicly

It's a fantastic, comfortable, spacious place with top-quality electricity.
