Visitors frequently praise the venue's beautiful grounds and friendly, professional staff, with many highlighting the positive experiences they had during events or site visits. However, a notable complaint is the lack of effective air conditioning during hot weather, which significantly impacted one guest's stay.

The place is good, and I noticed the DJ is improving his music. He just needs to add some super gay new pop songs haha. Now the security staff, oh my God !!!! Why are they so rude?? They have no patience. They touch our backs to tell us to move in the line it’s unnecessary. They work with drunk people, so they need to have patience

Everything about this club is beyond toxic. The men, the staff, the music (complete headache, literally no rhythm, its just pure loud banging noise). Everyone is extremely rude both customers and staff. People be doing drugs at every corner without even hiding, I felt very unsafe. The floor everywhere is filthy dirty, smells disgusting. Its a misogynistic place and giving sociopathic vibes. Unfriendly. Better to go to George or street 66.

Last weekend I left my jacket in Mother. I went back tonight to try and retrieve it and the staff as always couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. The bouncer was extremely nice and kind and let me in when I told him the situation and the person on the door asked a really helpful person who was working there to help find the jacket which they did in just a few minutes without any hassle. It’s rare you get such amazing service like that anymore and the team working in Mother are an absolute credit to the establishment. Thank you all again. Colm
