Some visitors praise the venue for its great atmosphere and music, with one reviewer comparing it favorably to Spain. However, a significant number of complaints revolve around rude staff, including bouncers and bartenders, and issues with entry policies, with some reporting being denied entry even without a reservation or facing discriminatory practices.

The DJ selection couldn't be worse. Not only is the entrance fee exorbitant, but the music inside is terrible and nobody knows anything about it.
Horrible, rude bouncers, bad people, awful music, and on top of that, you can't get in if you're not with at least 50% women. Please don't come.
We asked a staff member and they said it had been renovated. It's not the same as before. Besides the taste, there's nobody there. They've turned this huge place into a chicken coop. They don't play R&B, hip hop, or rap anymore. They've transformed it into a ridiculous place. We're very disappointed. My condolences to this generation and its understanding of entertainment.
I frequent this place, but today they asked for a reservation, and when I said no, they wouldn't take it. Every time I come, even when it's packed, they let me in. I feel like they're discriminating against me and I want them to improve things.
