via Stay22About this place POOL Berlin
POOL Berlin, in City-West, is a retail shop with a cruise space tucked in the back.
The shop up front sells what you’d expect: toys, clothes, condoms, lube, magazines, and the rest. But the real reason to come is the cruise area behind it. There are private cabins and a video room, all of it neat and organized.
Andreas and Herbert, who run the place, have been in this business for decades. They know what they’re doing. The shop is small, so you get personal service, not some corporate chain vibe. They’re friendly and helpful, whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular.
Berlin’s gay scene has options all over, but POOL has carved out its own spot as a long-running, reliable destination. It’s discreet, it’s clean, and it’s well-organized.

50-meter pool, always clean, friendly and helpful staff, qualified swimming lessons ♡ unfortunately often closed in summer and during competitions.
On June 3, 2026, a spectacular rescue took place at the SSE (Swimming and Swimming Center), which the swimmers watched with bated breath. A foreign student jumped into the deep end of the main pool and immediately sank to the bottom, as he couldn't swim. But before those around him even realized what had happened, the lifeguard on duty reacted with impressive speed. In a matter of seconds, our "Mr. Athletiko," the true Olympian of the pool, jumped in after him—fully kitted out: flip-flops, keys, and a pack of chewing gum included. With his muscular, well-trained arms, he pulled the drowning student from the depths back to life. It's reassuring to know that reliable and highly motivated lifeguards are on duty here. Who wouldn't want a rescuer in an emergency who looks like both a powerlifter and a hero from an action movie? This exceptional service is apparently included at the SSE. Many thanks to the entire team – and especially to our “Mister Athletiko” for his determined commitment!
everybody in fast lane is toooooooooo slow
Well, cleanliness isn't exactly a top priority! The staff in the cafeteria are very unfriendly!
