I had an average experience here the views were nice but there was paid parking and no microwave

I booking in this Hotel and I’m waiting more the 4 weeks and my $200 bond not giving me back

Couldn't fault our stay here. Called up on the day and was able to get a room upgrade. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bottle of wine and some chocolate waiting for us in arrival to our room. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view was wonderful

Just wondering why a 4 star hotel,looks like a construction site at the front entrance,n has been like that for more than a year or more ?? It's embarasing to look at ,n wonder what overseas tourists would think ???

Absolute perfect place to stay whilst visiting Perth. The Redezvous Grand Hotel is exactly that. Ocean view room right on the water and every eatery you could ever want to eat at right below it. Countless pubs and a Coles right across the street. The bus stop is right outside which takes you into the heart of Perth approx 40mins and runs all day and night 7 days a week at 15min intervals. After staying here for 9 days I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff are awesome and super friendly. Also the hotel features its own resteraunt with full buffet breakfast...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and while I always considered it a bit outdated but acceptable, this last stay was honestly very disappointing. The prices were extremely high for what was actually offered. The room did not feel properly prepared on arrival, the beds looked unfinished, housekeeping standards were poor, and there were visible humidity/damage issues in parts of the hotel. The heating was also not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Another disappointing point was that the pool facilities were located far from the rooms, requiring guests to walk outside in cold weather. This information was not clearly communicated online when I made the booking through Qantas and the hotel website, otherwise I would have reconsidered staying here. Joanne at reception was lovely, helpful and professional during check-in, and she was one of the few positive parts of the experience. Unfortunately, everything else did not match the price paid or the expectations created online.
