<p>The Valence International LGBTQ Film Festival wants your feature-length and short films. They’re looking for anything with LGBTQ+ themes—features, shorts, video art, documentaries. Send it in.</p>
<p>This festival exists to put queer stories on screen. You’ll find a full schedule of screenings, a chance to see how filmmakers around the world are telling these stories. If your film isn’t in Spanish, make sure it has English subtitles.</p>
<p>They haven't announced specific venues yet, but the goal is to get these films in front of everyone, especially those who need to see them most, to push for human rights and call out abuses. The festival runs September 20, 2026. Filmmakers will hear back by September 19, 2026.</p>

Film Submission Details
Films in languages other than Spanish must be accompanied by English subtitles. Notification of selection will be sent via email before September 18, 2026.
