The small walkway known as “Soi Twilight” (or “Soi Pratuchai” in Thai) is home to a number of gay go-go dance bars that cater almost exclusively to foreign tourists and offer a very different experience from Soi 2 or Soi 4 in Silom. These go-go bars host shows every hour or so, that can be fun to watch if not taken too seriously. The content can range from erotic dancing to routines that leave only a little to the imagination. In host bars, you pay for the company of a guy by purchasing both yourself and him a drink and then tipping him when you leave.
