Out! Raleigh Pride 2025 will mark the 13th edition of the Triangle’s premier lgbtq+QIA+ celebration. Hosted by the lgbtq+ Center of Raleigh, the festival takes over Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh on June 20–21, 2025. Over more than a decade the event has grown from a modest street fair into a beloved community festival that promotes diversity, awareness and a sense of belonging for lgbtq+QIA+ people and allies across the city. Proceeds support the center’s community programs, which provide resources, education and outreach throughout the year.
This year introduces a new two‑day format. Friday, June 20 launches “Out! Raleigh Pride: At Night,” a special evening gathering for adults 18 and up. It’s billed as a more intimate experience with music, food and local performers, giving grown‑ups an opportunity to celebrate Pride after dark. On Saturday, June 21 the free family‑friendly festival returns, filling downtown with live concerts, drag performers, hundreds of vendor booths and interactive activities from noon until 7 p.m. Kids can explore a safe play area while adults browse crafts, community organizations and local cuisine. The event aims to welcome every age, orientation and background, turning a central stretch of Raleigh into a colorful block party.
Out! Raleigh Pride isn’t just about entertainment; it’s a fundraiser and a statement of visibility. Over the years it has raised funds for the lgbtq+ Center of Raleigh and shone a light on the diverse identities that make the Triangle unique. Visitors can expect to encounter advocacy groups, health services and educational resources among the vendors. In past editions the festival has also featured parades, pet adoption booths and downtown business specials. Attendees are encouraged to come as they are, bring friends and family, and spend the day celebrating inclusion.
