Bristol’s gay scene is split between Frogmore Street, west of the city centre and West street to the east.
The Bristol Gay Scene is vibrant and varied with many venues catering for all tastes – be that a quiet drink with your friends, or a full on cheesy dance marathon.
Venues are around two main areas of the city, just minutes both east and west from the main shopping and tourist districts :

The Old Market Gay Village offers a wide range of venues from specialist venues such as the Bear Bar, Cabaret can be found at The Palace, and good quality food & drink at The Old Market TavernBEER.
Central Gay Village caters more for the clubbers with the popular clubs QueenShilling & OMG keeping Bent company for those wishing a drink or two ..

Queer house, disco & art take centre stage with Horseplay, a creative, popular night that roams across the city. Although open to all, the night proves most popular with Gay men and their friends.
