Harlem Pride is a festivity held in the neighborhood of Harlem, located in New York City. This vibrant event typically takes place in June, which is widely recognized as Pride Month throughout the United States and, around the globe.

Harlem Pride is a community driven initiative that aims to honor and uplift the lgbtq+Q+ community residing in Harlem and its surrounding areas. The event encompasses an array of activities and programs including a parade captivating live performances delectable food stalls, refreshing drink vendors and enlightening educational workshops and panel discussions.

The parade stands out as one of the anticipated highlights of Harlem Pride, where participants joyfully march through the streets of Harlem adorned in colorful costumes while proudly waving rainbow flags. The procession culminates with a rally held at a park, where influential community leaders and passionate activists address pertinent issues impacting the lgbtq+Q+ community while advocating for greater acceptance and equality.

In addition to the parade Harlem Pride offers an assortment of engaging activities and events. Local musicians and artists take stage with live performances hosted across various stages throughout the neighborhood—showcasing an impressive range of talent. Attendees can also indulge their taste buds with a variety of delights, from food vendors. Explore informational booths showcasing the impactful work carried out by local lgbtq+Q+ organizations.

With an attendance of, than 21,000 individuals at our Harlem Pride Day Celebration Days our community groups and vendors have the opportunity to engage with a significant portion of our SGL•lgbtq+Q community. This includes visitors, from regions spanning the seaboard to the west coast and beyond.
