Seriously good location
Three excellently maintained apartments right on the über-gay-central Motzstraße, overseen since 2007 by Andrew Bazunu, who also operates four apartments around the corner at Nollendorfstraße 32. Prices are reasonable, but not quite budget, and the attention to detail and design is good, with slightly different styles from which to choose.
