This place is big. Seriously big. Describing itself as 'a sophisticated urban playground for adults', Ivy, an amazing bar, aims to offer a little of everything under one enormous roof. The venue, owned by Justin Hemmes, is made up of a number of distinct areas, each with their own personality, spread over several levels, and is unashamedly extravagant. Draped around a central courtyard, Ivy comprises a grill restaurant, a Japanese eatery, a lounge space and the dramatic, turquoise-walled Den where DJs play. 

There's a pool club outside, where you can sip original cocktails and eat gourmet pizzas from your private cabanas, or Palings Restaurant serves up a selection of seasonal dishes. Tucked away just behind Ivy is Ash St Cellars, a European bistro with a tapas focused menu, courtesy of head chef Claudio Morales.
